This page distinguishes questions a private reference site can address from requests that belong to a Davis County court. Official dockets, court dates, filed records, and certified copies must come from the Utah court that keeps the case. The routes below identify the correct public search or clerk channel.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Davis County Court Docket is privately run and has no affiliation with Utah State Courts or Davis County government. We cannot retrieve an official file, alter a setting, seal or remove a case, certify a copy, or provide legal advice. Contact the court that holds the matter for those services.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route common Davis County court-record needs as follows:

  • A docket or case history: use the statewide Docket Search, a courthouse CORIS terminal, or the responsible clerk
  • A hearing date: check the Court Schedule and confirm the setting with the named court
  • A certified copy: order it from the District, Justice, or Juvenile Court clerk that keeps the original
  • A filed document: review Court Case Records and submit a sufficiently detailed record request
  • A restricted file: ask the clerk which Utah Rule 4-202 authorization and written process applies

District Court files are kept by the Utah State Courts / Second District Court Clerk's Office.
